Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the relationship between HelpCorp s.r.o., Rohanské nábřeží 671/15, 186 00 Prague 8 ("provider") and clients.

The provider offers the following advisory services:

• Brokerage of company purchases and sales
• Advisory for company rescue, restructuring and rehabilitation
• Advisory on debt resolution, enforcement and insolvency
• Legal and commercial advisory for corporate transactions

A contractual relationship arises upon signing a cooperation agreement. The enquiry form and consultation do not constitute a binding order.

The initial consultation is free and non-binding. The provider reserves the right to decline cooperation without stating reasons.

Pricing is determined individually and agreed in the contract.

• Initial consultation — free
• Advisory and brokerage — per price list or individual agreement
• Brokerage fee — usually a commission on the completed transaction

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

The client undertakes to: provide accurate information, cooperate, pay fees, and maintain confidentiality.

The provider undertakes to: deliver services with professional care, maintain confidentiality, and keep the client informed.

The provider maintains strict confidentiality of all client information, including after termination of cooperation.

Confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is required by law or court order.

The provider is liable for damages caused by breach of obligations, up to the agreed fee amount.

The contractual relationship may be terminated by mutual agreement, notice, or withdrawal in case of material breach.

These T&C are governed by Czech law (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.).

Disputes shall be resolved amicably first; otherwise by Czech courts.

These T&C are effective from 1 January 2024. The provider reserves the right to update them.

By submitting an enquiry form, the client confirms they have read these T&C.
